Lots (I'd say at least one week rehearsing and fine-tuning once written, which itself is a continuous process that can mature for months but all this is mixed with other works in progress), why? Anyhow, so much depends on the mood, the floor, the space, the audience, the atmosphere, the evening meal... Even when we 'comonners' improvise on the same music with the same persons sometimes you feel like blessed by all tango gods and in other occasions you find you're just a piece of trash...

I prefered the version of the same they gave in Italy. It was pure magic. Here it's 'only' incredibly good. Dunno why.
