  • Wow. I'm gonna have to try this. Thank you for the video.

  • GOOD JOB!! :) i just got mine in the mail today im so excited to try it out!! :) thanks for the link!!

  • Does he like having his arms wrapped inside?

  • @hazeldream1984 sometimes he doesn't mind other times he likes them out. You can do this wrap the exact same way but leave the baby's arms out

  • Nice wrapping job Jordan!!!! I was just grinning ear-to-ear watching you do that! Okay, you have officially shamed me..... I must upload a FWCC video on my website, pronto!!! LOL! Thank you so much for posting this and for adding my website. I really appreciate it. You ROCK!!! :-)

  • @RideWithMomma Aww thank you. I feel embarrassed that You the "professional baby wrapper" watched me o this lol. I kno the wrapping in this video isn't perfect yet. I have been watching a lot more instructional videos and I have improved on getting it tighter even more since making this video . I am still trying to get the hang of those darn back carries... lol

  • @08jaydensmommy08 Ha ha ha! Professional?? No!! I just have a bit more practice, that's all. That's the beauty of doing something that the majority of people in our culture don't do: if you do it at all, you become an 'expert' almost instantly. LOL! And as far as being perfect, my wrap jobs aren't perfect either. Not compared to moms who have been doing it for years and with multiple children. What you are doing (watching lots of videos online and practicing) is EXACTLY how I learned.

  • @08jaydensmommy08 (Cont:) And you are totally right, you get better and better every single time you do it. Try not to get too discouraged learning a back carry. It took me months to really get it down. if you are having a specific issue, let me know and I may be able to offer tips. My "block" with the BWCC was getting it over my shoulder and then grabbing the correct rail. Once I finally got that down, it got much easier. :-)

  • Wow that is awesome some woven wraps are 80plus! Did you get it used?

  • @stephmatswife No it's not used the link is in the description box ridewithmomma(dot)com. The lady makes them and sells them really cheap. They are not fancy or anything and the woven ones only come in the color I have but it works great!!!

  • Wow that is awesome some wovens

  • How long is that one? How much was it? Do you think it is worth it? Have you done a high or low back carry? How do you get him back there? Do you do the backpack style or the boob cross one lol

  • @stephmatswife I am not sure how long it is. I will have to measure it tomorrow lol. It was only 20 dollars and it was 5 for shipping. I have done both back carries. As soon as I get a little better at doing them I will do a videos on how I do it. But for right now I need a little more practice lol. And yes I think for only 25 dollars it was definitely worth it!! : )

  • @stephmatswife The wrap is 5 yards long and you can do any wrap carry with it. Thanks for asking! You can check my website for more info and contact me if you have any questions. :-)

  • I used to carry my son like this when he was little. :0) He used to fall asleep quite often in it.

  • Very cool...how is Jayden doing with wearing glasses? has he taken to it, or does he fuss with them?

  • @StoliDassah He is constantly taking them off. We are constantly having to put them back on him lol

  • i ordered one friday!

  • @mandjandc yay! : ) Let me know how it goes when u get it : )

  • I've had a moby wrap sitting in a drawer, I think I'll try it when the weather gets nicer!. LOL --> My son, Bishop is 7 1/2 months old.. and is 23 lbs! You are so lucky to have a little peanut! MY BACK HURTS! :) Great Video!

  • @sendmejuice haha yes Jayden is my little peanut : )

If your son is already 23 lbs then I don't think a stretchy Moby wrap will work that well for him. His weight will most likely make him sag in it. A woven wrap would work much better. They are not stretchy and they keep heavier babies up close to you and they don't sag.

  • @08jaydensmommy08 Thanks for the advice. I hope they carry different sizes. He get his "big-ness" from his mama!:))

  • "Please get down." HAHA!! Too cute.

  • @JenNTim509 yea I interrupted him from his coloring when I decided to do this video and he was not too pleased lol

  • Great video. I'm sure its one of those skills that it just takes practice to become perfect. But, we will definitly be baby wrapping with Piper:)

  • nice and big wrap!!!
