I don't think that's true. Bulgarian is a South Slavic language, while Ukrainian belongs to the East Slavic subgroup just like Russian. They're in the same subgroup of the Slavic languages so they must be similar to each other.
@SlavicDubbings There were a lot of debates considering the group of Ukrainian language. And there´s still no consensus on that. It´s half on half. Some linguists tend to move Ukrainian into West Slavic languages.
But anyway, I would not judge like that.
I´m just looking into facts - the way of writing, the vocabulary and etc of the language. And, if we´ll look like that, Russian is far more closer to Bulgarian rather than to Ukrainian, while Ukrainian is closer to Polish or Czech.
This ukrainian dub is excellent! Especially for Mother Gothel and Flynn Rider. Rapunzel is very good too, but I find her voice a little bit too mature.

Ukrainian is not similar to Russian.
The closest languages to Ukrainian are Polish, Slovak, Czech and Belorussian.
Closest language to Russian is Bulgarian.
Ukraine shares 70 vocabulary with Polish language, not with Russian.
Plus, the pronounce is completely different.
