In a world that has its fair share of talent. Fogelberg always did and will remain at the top. I don't believe many have the voice, creativity, soul, and beauty of Dan Fogelberg. There can be do doubt he was in possession of a beautiful soul. His spirituality shown threw in so much of what he created; I have no doubt that from his place now within the "river of souls" he is aware of how much he is missed. I believe somehow, surely, he must be. Dan Fogelberg was a beautiful man. Thak you.

This is one song I haven't been able to listen to in a few years,since it reminds me that this "wayward soul" lost its' counterpart in 2005. Dan's lyrics have a way of reaching deep and reminding us all of what really matters in this life. Love never dies;you take it with you,and the spirit remembers. blessings to all of you! The woman that rescued Dan's heart must be one very special and one brave lady to go through his illness with Dan and to watch him leave this earth insuch a tragic way. My heart goes out to her....she shelterd him and we owe her our love..

I have been in the military since 1982 and have seen many sad things. Yet, in Iraq while listening to Dan's music my eyes teared for the first time on the battlefield. Losing a beautiful soul as Dan's is so bitter. I always introduce his music to the young military members and they are so thankful and new fans! My prayers and thoughts go out to his lovely widow , family, friends and other fans.
