  • I've been in one of these and the interior is absolutely gorgeous and cavernous. The quality seems quite good too. The exterior is attractive, but WAY too generic. Needs it's own identity.

  • He was not giving false info at the time this eas filmed the awd was only offered in the 3.0 v6 and not in the top of the line 3.6 liter v6.

  • hmm i assumed all hell was relatively loud.

  • This is a European car by the way, Americans were unable to produce cars that people wanted to buy, so they took the European concept and slapped the Buick logo on it.

  • @madeinsony84 Umm... the car was designed in China by chinese designers and assembled in the US. The Regal which i think you're referring to is an Opel from Germany which is a GM company.

  • it like chevrolet cruze and opel insignia.

  • hmmm there is a video of a Lacrosse AWD model. over there ----->

I thought he said it didn't come in AWD ??

  • One thing, It good because it was engineered by people who know what their were doing. The Germans. GM said we need better car, and so they went to the county they knew makes amazing cars.

  • Nice Opel Insignia thumbs up!!

  • tell this dumb faggot to put a little more energy in his work.

    his episodes are SOMEWHAT GARBAGE.

  • Nice review. Nice car. Lousy, loud music.

  • That car is based on the holden cruze which is made by daewoo in korea

  • GM Garbage? I don't think so. time for you to upgrade the software in your head.

  • este cabron habla mucho pero no muestra bien el auto, por cierto es identico al ultimo malibu que salio nomas con otro frente y otras calaveras pero es lo mismo

  • General Motors is still garbage. If I had to buy an American car it would be a Ford or Jeep, otherwise all other options would be German.

  • @DJFG85

You know BMW and Merc are industry leaders in LOW reliability ratings, right?

  • @m015094 Hi. You are right but reliability is not the only thing I look for in a car. European car companies have been hit with electrical issues and other things in the past ten years however they are improving considerably. GM follows, never leads. They used to be forward in design and innovation but no longer, even with their recent improvements.

  • No handling? This guy should drive one in the rain. It handles like a dream in the worst of situations.

  • He said: forget about EU guys, but for me this Buick is a US poor edition of Opel Insignia - EU brand of GM. While the front of this car is very similiar to EU Skoda SuperB (VW brand). Anyway it looks good and has a good price - as always in US...

  • @kaiznpl

the regal will be based on the Insignia. This is a new car in and out. BTW, Opel = GM, so your post is weird.

  • @rantanamo The Regal won't even be built in America unfortunately. It's interesting to see how GM can steal American people's tax money and design and build many/most of their models overseas! The Cadillac SRX is built in Mexico for godsakes! I'll never buy a GM again.

  • @rantanamo well, all I have to say to you is: try to read once again my post.

  • @kaiznpl spending 37K on a car isnt "poor" in any market....

  • @bluestarkad17 Almost all US cars are poorer than EU editions. Thats why i said "poor" IMO. I meant quality, not the price. I saw Insignia, but I didnt saw LaCrosse in real life so maybe I am wrong. US$ is strong for the moment, so I must agree that it's a lot of money for this car. For now.

  • @kaiznpl i know this is a lot to ask, but BELIEVE ME, this car is top quality, and i would easily take this over the lexus es...in fact, i have neighbors who have both the buick and the lexus...the buick looks soooo much better sitting next to the lexus...the interior of the buick is very nice.

  • It comes w/ AWD

  • it does come in 4wd

  • I want to love Buick. I really do. Something about their outer styling just aren't right, aren't aggressive enough.

  • inside is cool, but the buick still looks old and bad and not agressive

  • We are talking about a Buick. Buick and "aggressive" will never go together.

  • this car is designed and engineered in Germany by Opel.

  • Its was not designed and engineered by Opel. Are some minor parts and base platform configurations similar between this Buick and a few other Opels? Yes, probably. Since GM owns both companies, its going to utilize assets from both to make production more efficient and effective. Opel itself has several cars with componants that are configured in the United States (The Opel GT has many of the same platform traits as the Saturn Sky). Its a two-way street, so that comment is rather arrogant.

  • i definitely agree

  • This reviewer is an idiot. I'd like to know what his qualifications are to review cars. He says that front wheel drive only cars don't give sufficient traction in wet road conditions. He's wrong. My 242HP front wheel drive car handles just fine in the rain, and even the snow (without snow tires, btw). All of the cars I've owned have been FWD cars, not AWD, and they've all handled fine. If you know how to drive, you don't need AWD to drive safely in the rain or snow.

  • @thekingof808 : I don't need some pimple faced 20-something just out of college (I'm talking about the reviewer in the video) telling me about traction on wet roads. People used to manage just fine with RWD only cars, and still can get along fine with FWD cars. AWD cars are for PUSSIES who don't know how to drive. I've seen many a SUV skid off the road in the winter, while I drive right by them in my FWD car. I stand by what I said above, asswipe.

  • Ahh shut ur dumbass, I don't need a old ass, stinky, old fart, telling me about cars. Awd has more advantages than fwd that the point nit the driver. Listen to what he says retard, so stop ur name calling Internet banger shut the he'll up. And drunk ur ensure

  • On top of that, the Buick Lacrosse DOES have AWD as a option.

  • lol it has crap all over it from the road, just a typical michigan look. =)

  • @mooserman911: This video was filmed in the upper West side of Manhattan, NYC, not in Michigan. That's the Hudson River in the background. The Michigan plates on the car are from the manufacturer.

  • oh, my bad. It looks like it is from michigan though.

  • Only front wheel drive, I didn't know that. :(

  • @totaljett

He's flatout wrong. The CXL and CXS offer AWD.

  • Oh okay ,now that sounds better.

  • No thats not true you have 4x4. Only on CXL

  • It's an vauxhall insignia under the skin.

  • i need this car!!!

i currently drive a 2000 buick regal gs...

its nice but damn.....this car makes mine look like crap!!

  • Yeah, upgrading to this Buick would make you pimp of the year, lol. Although, the 2000 buick regal is a solid car. My younger brother has one and it has some get up and go as well.

  • Why does this guy sound so smug! annoying voice. Poor choice for a critic since he's so nauseating to listen to.

  • He sounds so smug probably because he drives a BMW as his personal car. All of their owners are all dickheads and assholes.....

  • Umm... You can get the LaCrosse with AWD...

  • Yeah, that misinformation really kinda ruined the review.

  • @utsadude you could get one with awd however you can't for the CXS trim only the CXL.

  • That is true, yes. But not what they said. They said there was no AWD. Which is wrong. And misleading toward potential buyers who might want AWD. Like myself.

  • what he said was "there is no awd top of the line version"(around 2:16) meaning there is no awd for cxl trim, it just seemed misleading because of how he worded it but he what he said didn't mean that there were no awd versions at all.

  • @utsadude

I was under the impression that this was a review for the CXS, in which case he was right. The LaCrosse is available for AWD, but not the CXS. 280hp going to the front wheels, he is right, since the CXS is the only LaCrosse with 280hp.

  • @utsadude That was not what he said. He said "you can't get AWD on the top of the line model, which is the CSX, it only comes with FWD. Only the CXL trim has the AWD option, which is a step down from the CXS trim.

  • GOOD FOR GM!!! This car looks very good!!!

  • its a buick, its still garbage that will break a lot.

  • bullshit, i have a 2000 lesabre, never had any rebuilds, or any work down on it

  • you've no idea what your talking about

  • My 1997 Buick Park Avenue has one ONE actual breakdown. ONE! with 252,000 km on it.

  • I really like this cars overall exterior view, besides the fact that the taillights' chrome stops before it gets to the side of the car. It leaves a weird sideways U shape in my opinion.

  • It looks a lot like Vauxhall Insignia ...

  • sexy lookin itd be prolly really good if it was jsut RWD.

  • i want this car so badly!!!

  • Do you even know what in the hell you are talking about? Ignorant Bastard

  • Why repost this video? It was already up earlier this week.

  • it was on yesterdays fast lane daily... but wasnt posted on FLDetours yet

  • Still, why have a new channel to reshow clips from their old channel?

  • I suggested it, so that people looking for car reviews wouldn't have to cycle through all the episodes.

  • @Atheistprimate For people who don't watch Fast Lane Daily, or would like to re-watch. Eventually more will be uploaded here, stuff you CAN'T see on FLD.

  • You can get it in AWD, you should not make a review unless you have the right info!

  • Not available in the CXS, AWD is only available in the CXL model which is only good for 255 hp @ 6900... Like he said, no AWD model available for the top trim. You shouldn't comment unless you have the right info.

  • Oh?
