In the invitation letter, Cable TV clearly stated that the Candidates could organize dances for the purpose. I took it that the organizer would like to have some relaxing measures to ease the tension of all in the highly competitive atmosphere.
Dear all, The dance was modified from an ancient Chinese dance used in Sacred Ceremonies to invite gods and goddess to feast, with about 5,000 years history. Later it had been used in ceremonies in remembrance of the Learned Confucius. The dance was adopted firstly to show respect to the organizer Cable TV.
