  • I wish he had done this a little slower, but all the same, a damn good cover of a great song. I'm just getting to know Curless at 52. Heard his name all the time as a very young kid like around 64-69. I was born and live in Maine. Glad to hear/see this video.

  • Dick use to come over our house back in '67-'70 in Lewiston Me, Yes what a great man and thank you for this video.

  • Gene Hooper/DickCurlass..._..

    or

    Vermont : Smokey Greene.

    Find 'em ...excellent

  • Thank you for posting on YouTube and to Dick's grandson Willy Chinnock for linking on Facebook.. I do not have enough words in my vocabulary to express what a wonderful man and singer was Dick Curless. A belated thanks to Bill Chinnock for recording Dick alone with his accoustic guitar, it is the best music Dick ever did. "Changin' Times" is a gem. Where are my eye-patch wearing happy face bumper stickers?

  • Love him, thank you for posting

  • I knew Dick Curless he was with my friend's pal Art Maher. Lived in Bangor and had a his own real train on his property.

He was a really nice guy and and incredible musician.

  • Hey Keefterdam,

Art Maher was my Dad. Who are you?

  • Keith may. Is that you Kelly?

  • Super bit of playing...There was some loverly chords chucked in there...And he wasnt even looking at his fingers...EXCELLENT.

  • Actually it was recorded in 1990.

hopefully we can get the whole program released.

  • This was recorded the 5th of September 1991 in "Sarons Dal", Kvinesdal, Norway where the late Dr..Aril Edvardsen founder of "Troens Bevis" was located. He invited Dick Curless to hold a concert

with a live audience in "Kirken i Dalen"(Church In the Valley" . The concert was great with Dick`s great voice and guitar. Dick also made a documentary were he told about his new life in Christ and how he got saved in 1976. Dick Curless was not only a great singer and songwriter he also was a gentleman

  • one of the most underrated singers in

country music. He was a singers singer
