I love the Jak franchise, but giving Daxter Eco powers..? Just doesn't feel right to me. And how come he always loses his weapons and has to rebuild/find them. Tbh though, I can overlook all that cos the previous games were so good. (Jak 2 being the best)

i miss the 'gloomy industrial' feel to the cities, like haven, and the overall feel of the game. but this sorta looks completely changed. i miss the metalheads n the guards n stuff. lol. i guess im just a really heavy Jak 2 n 3 guy. lol.

i prefer the original jak and daxter. great platforming, nice island and jak never spoke a word. ahh, wat a game... but don't get me wrong i still like jak 2 and 3

This game looks great, except a few things.

- Jak's voice actor is different. Sounds like the guy from Uncharted and Prince of Persia 2008. Not good. I'd rather have Michael Erwin(he's the guy who voiced Jak in previous games)

- You can't put away your gun at all. Would be nice to do hand- to-hand combat without your gun out like in previous games

- No Dark or Light Jak

On the plus side however,

- Daxter is as funny as ever and Max Casella is voicing him.

You're right about Dark and Light Jak cause they looked awesome, but it says at Wikipedia that Michael Erwin is still voice acting Jak, so thats good.

THe VA you're thinnking of is Nolan North, and Jak sounds nothing like him in this game. This sounds more like James Arnold Taylor.

This demo is the fucking best demo ever

you get a taste of the rifle

free roam

unlock secrets

do side missions

buy eco powers with dark eco

and at least 1-2 hours of gameplay

there is one thing i miss in the demo..

it's that you should have been able to free roam after you get the rifle, so you could shoot people or something :S
