People who don't know much about snooker always think it's all about potting the ball. Potting one ball is useless unless you have perfect control of the cue ball. That is what makes Neil's play impressive here.

You obviously have no clue about what makes a shot difficult or easy........its not about the potting...its about how he was able to hold the cue ball near the black instead of sending it around the table...which would make it almost impossible for it to be near the black....its very special indeed......

that was not a hard shot and not hard to get position on the black either. in fact he played it very poorly because he should not have cannoned into the black - he was lucky to be on the black after that cannon.

@QuasiConvexAnalysis no problems on my end, but if the crowd u're describing is of the magnitude neil robertson performs in front of, then yeah i think it'll affect even the best of players. and snooker is a precision sport, that margin for error is so small, the slightest distraction can be catastrophic. but then, looking beyond the surface, or the essence of the shot, might be too much for your little brain to process.
