I just used this tool to fix my friends comp today... although it was the freeware version of superantispyware, it detected 847 viruses on his pc. He had things like Security Essentials 2010, AntiVirus Soft, Virut, and a TON of adware! Also his pc was infested with trojans. What should I expect from someone who uses LimeWire and BitTorrent? Anyways, I fixed it all, and his computer worked SO much faster! SuperAntispyware free edition is by far my favorite antispyware scanner.

Superantispyware didn`t found anything at my laptop but what it did do is almost freezing my laptop.

After scanning it took 10 minutes for my laptop to start,i think that i was very lucky that Superanispyware didn`t make my windows crash.

After removing Superantispyware my laptop started up in 20 seconds!!

Malwarebites and avast 5 they didn`t slow my laptop at all!

I Do think that Superantispyware can be a dangerous program for your PC,so if you are not an expert DON`T USE IT

Can you run this with a regular anti-virus or internet security program without it affecting those programs?

@tracy10UT yes you can ... i have norton internet security 2011 , comodo internet security 2011 (free) , hitman pro 3.5 , super antispyware pro and malwarebytes..and it doen't slow my computer down or something similar.

the first time i saw super antispyware, i thought it was a rouge. most fake rouge scanners have the wackest interface and name. for instance spy sheriff. i was like, WTF!!! SAS rules. spybot is okay. mbam is teh pwner. iobit is going down thw wrong path to rougedom. Freakin stole from MBAM.

I tried SAS Free Edition. It worked so good that I decided to purchase it. SAS works best at detecting threats when it' s ran in SafeMode.

Does Superantispyware detects files that are just downloaded? Lets say i downloaded an infected file, will SAS alert me right away saying the file is infected?
