Every single jump in by Ryu should be countered with a anti-air. Also you lead in too much with TAP and EX dashing upper. If you used EX dashing straight, you would either chip or hit Ryu.
At 4:41 you should have been patient like what Shigz said. Instead of the wasted meter, you could have used ultra through the fireball.
Also just like what Shigz said, near the end of the match, you could have closed it out the match with a c.rh after landing the j.rh.
