I'm constantly pleased and astounded by what fans of Elliott Smith have to say. Between all the rabble of so deemed "popular" music, it's so very nice.
Listening to him tune his guitar is a really weird experience; being a guitarist (for some reason) I just can't get over his music! Its amazing! Its a real shame music like this isn't accepted in the stale environment of modern pop music.
I'm so thankful for these. I feel like a pitiful, hungry little animal, gobbling up any tiny byte and pixel of Elliott insight I can find... I thrive on this; really, I do. It's hard for me to internalize that I will eventually have seen it all. It's so much more than sad that we'll run out. All that will ever exist of Elliott Smith is already out there. Oh my god, I don't know what to do with myself. What a beautiful creature...
yea i know wat u mean.. u gotta space all the material out.. wenever i listen to an elliott smith song, i dont listen to it again for a few weeks, so that wen i listen to it again in feels new

Your songs are very pleasant Elliott, though I can only dream of the melodies and lyrics that you'd call pleasant, that would be divine.

Elliott Smith, Bob Dylan, and Conor Oberst are my main musical squeezes. I really enjoy listening to these little clips.

@Devilslittleimp Those are my main favorites too. And Townes Van Zandt too.
