I love all these characters. Timon and Pumbaa. Pimon and Tumbaa. Monty and Bumpaa. I also love episodes with Rafiki. "Beauty and the Wildebeest" was hilarious. Off the subject, but I also loved "Zazu's Day Off." All these cartoons are awesome!
Yeah, I don't remember the ending of Beauty and the Wildebeest so that's why I'm desperate to see it again (not 'going crazy' desperate, just 'annoyed when I don't find it' desperate).
@MWolfL Good news. I found "Zazu's Day Off." And about "Beauty and the Wildebeest," Rafiki teaches the wildebeest to be a gentleman and helps him look handsome to win over this beautiful gazelle. Then this other antelope says the gazelle is his girl, and if the wildebeest wants her, they have to have a contest (butting heads). The wildebeest, after advice from Rafiki, dips his face in water and is ugly again. Other antelope runs off. Gazelle dips her face in water. She too is ugly.
It was so funny how Rafiki kept hitting poor Herman on the head, and then when Rafiki was flattened onto a tree and couldn't move Herman hit himself for Rafiki! XD
Even so, it would be refreshing to see the girl he's been crushing on in a whole new way. I mean if he ever comes back for revenge he probably would never believe that the gazelle with Herman used to be the physically attractive Laura (speaking from his perspective, not mine).
True on the sequels, the only exception being the Shrek films of course. The Toy Story sequel (haven't seen the third one yet) was good too, I liked how Woody discovered his past as a famous TV character:
@MWolfL The sequel to "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" is one of the WORST I have ever seen. The "Toy Story" sequels are actually really good, though. I have heard some opinion that "Toy Story 3" is the best of the trilogy. It is very good.
Well, The Hunchback of Notre Dame could've done with some animation improvements, but I love the songs.
Don't know much about the Toy Story 3 movie, I haven't seen it yet. I've read a lot about it and it sounds good. I was disappointed to find out that Bo, Woody's girlfriend, wasn't in the film though, but I did read that there were more Buzz and Jessie moments. I was glad of that since they only had that short bit at the end of the second film (one of my favorite scenes).
Obviously cause of Buzz's romantic attitude when he's in Spanish mode. It's lucky for the rest of the characters that Jessie loves Buzz for who he is because otherwise they would have to take Spanish lessons.

To avoid confusion, I was referring to the *sequel* to The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
MWolfL 1 year ago
@MWolfL Oh, yes. The "Spanish mode" of Buzz.

@mcmptn
As I remember reading Jessie had a hard time deciding which version of Buzz she liked better. I think she decided on the English Buzz.

@MWolfL She definitely likes English Buzz, but she occassionally loves setting Buzz up to go to Spanish mode.
