This is my first year of growing my vegetables (as an adult LOL)

What I want to know is do you first harvest the lectuce and eat it and then let it grow for the seeds or do you let it grow without harvest the salad?

@LetsCook2gether hi, its OK to harvest the bottom leaves but leave some new growth and enough leaves so the plant stays alive and keeps growing. eventually the center stalk will stretch up and grow flowers.
