  • can you please clarify what the rice powder means? is it the rice flour(that is fine) or is it raw rice that is ground coarse?

  • @Letsjusb I have seen three types of rice flours in the supermarkets - 1) very fine - used for appam, idiyappam. 2)one that is little coarse and is roasted - used for makini fine puttu. 3) very coarse - I don't know what it is used for(SORRY). I haven't made anything with it. Rice powder means rice flour used for making puttu and it is the second type.
