Hey good try man. In my opinion, I don't think you should have wasted your energy with the 385 pull. Should have went from 365 to 405. Just my view. You wasted some energy with that near max attempt. Your butt is flying up too fast. YOur legs are the weakpoint. Bring your squats up and your dead will get stronger. Great lifting though.
ay man keep your back straight notice you bend it when your pulling up guarentte youll not be able to lift as much but still thats alot of weight! i can deadlift like 260. but then again im only 15 and weigh 145. also only been lifting for a few months. keep it up tho
its way way way too heavy for you. You push down threw your heels on the start of the lift with your back 100% straight and squeezed back. Once you pass your knees with the bar that's when you push your hips forward by squeezing your ass. You are just pulling with your back which is gonna end you up in a wheel chair from spinal compression

@wesley2687 Chalk helps a lot!! having dry hands means the bar is less likely to want to slip out of your hands which translates to a stronger and more controlled lifts
Good effort, Seriously Im seeing your biceps and all it tells me :: They Will POP OUT!! seriously wear wraps around your arms, You are flexing your biceps a little bit during the lift its so dangerous.... I saw Linus comment about belt and straps... Belt is good but on long term it screw your form ( back becomes less strong then quads...) and about straps,,, good way to develop BIG strenght ( being able to lift more) your grip should follow as well...
thanks. I've never tried using a belt before, maybe I'll give that a try sometime. and I refuse to use straps, if I can't hold the weight with my hands then I have no business attempting to lift it.

You need to be bending yout knees past 90degrees when you' start your lift. You'll slip a disk like that mate.

Probably not the worst form, but its up there. Go watch Youtube videos from Mark Ripptoe on how to deadlift properly.
