My friend had a late term miscarriage. She got to see the baby and then the hospital took care of the remains. There was no funeral. She didn't even name her baby. She went on the have another. The debate is because you and your ilk THINK it's a person. It's not. To be a person you need 1) feelings, a fetus does not have them. 2) Sentience, a fetus is not conscious. 3) To be able to live and go through life functions on your own, a fetus cannot, they are wholly dependent on the mother to receive blood and nutrients, remove waste, receive blood from etc. And last, you must be born to be a person, fetuses are not born. If they were born, they are either dead or a baby.

My friend had a late term miscarriage. She got to see the baby and then the hospital took care of the remains. There was no funeral. She didn't even name her baby. She went on the have another. Does anyone think that's wrong? BTW, she is Catholic. Shouldn't the the Church regularly have funerals for all lost babies?

Unwanted children is a bigger problem than abortions. People say they are 'pro-life' yet never think of the the consequences of the already living...they are just pro baby. In the UK there is currently 7000 children and in the US 550 000 waiting to be adopted...where are the PL activists for these children? Already born, still innocent and the mother did the 'right thing' by having the child but no-one was there to help once it was born, no one was there willing to adopt.

Natural family planning is the natural birth control, it's better for the couple. timing is 99.7% accurate compared to condoms which is 85% accurate

She decides when to have sex but it has to be timed so that the spermatozoa doesn't meet with the egg, many families are doing this rather than artificial birth control. The pill makes the immune system go all out of wack. Think about it, why take out a woman's ability to protect herself from cancer to destroy a reproductive cell that will be naturally discarded from the body anyway?

Over here, a funeral is an opportunity for people to come closer to God while preparing someone's body for its resting place. It is not to reminisce about this person's life but rather to intercede for them and thank God for the gift of life and Jesus' self giving love.

They may have been dropping before legalization but they were still dangerous and still occurring. It's better now that it's legal and safe. Fetuses are not 'precious little gifts' but multiplying cells with no shape, feelings, or sentience. Abortion death rates have dropped and will rise if we make abortion illegal.

The debate is because you and your ilk THINK it's a person. It's not. To be a person you need 1) feelings, a fetus does not have them. 2) Sentience, a fetus is not conscious. 3) To be able to live and go through life functions on your own, a fetus cannot, they are wholly dependent on the mother to receive blood and nutrients, remove waste, receive blood from etc. And last, you must be born to be a person, fetuses are not born. If they were born, they are either dead or a baby.

I laughed because it was so stupid. It was grainy and horribly done, you could NOT tell that mass in the ultrasound was a fetus. You could tell there was a procedure being done and a mass was removed but I don't know if it was a fetus or not and I'm not going off of some lame Christian's words. If I did, he'd have me believe god loves me and didn't kill thousands of babies in Exodus.
