I like meat too much to go vegetarian, let alone vegan. It's okay, humans are omnivores, it's just about balancing it with lots of fruits and veggies.
Frank I had no idea you were a vegan, I might consider going vegan, I don't eat meat very often as it is and I don't eat any dairy products. You are all my motivators, I can now do muscle ups on the rings and human flag, I am working on improving my hand stand push ups and to be able to front lever.

We feel better about ourselves as a person, being conscious and responsible for our actions , we became stronger and healthier and happier.
