I have the zeroGs too. i only paid $1300 for them when they just came out. They are amazing arent they, better than the V3s i think. i had those before i got the zeroGs
CCM pads aren't so great- i'm not crazy about them. $1600? okay, maybe if you got custom colors/ name on them. i have reebok that cost $325. this is my 3rd year with them, and i'm getting new ones at the ends of the season.
Pads and goalie gear are expensive. I am a hockey goalie and I have to spend quite some of my money. But when you make those saves it becomes worth it. Cool to see how what I wear is made.
Many guys seem to wonder if 1,600$ is too much for Gatekeepers. Remember, that the Gatekeepers were extremely expensive as they were a brand new gear of CCM´s. Those days it wasn´t a miracle if they costed 1,600$ and i think this vid is filmed those days.
has anyone ever heard of battrams? theyre sweet I got a custom pair about a year ago. look up battram custom goal equipment on google you will find theyre site there
$1600, wow and I thought my $750 Vic's were expensive. Granted they're really old, Vic isn't even a company anymore haha. My pads are definitely not legal sized anymore.
i used one it was so bad i took 1 snapshot and the blade cracked and after 12 slapshots it broke . never buy any vic composite sticks, and vic shouldn't be around anymore
Really? I wasn't aware that Vic still made sticks. I know they don't make goalie pads anymore though. I have an old Richter Butterfly Cut, it's my favorite goal stick.

So, that's like, the cost of 40 pads on sale.
DO NOT BUY MADE IN CHINA SHIT!!!
It doesn't last, and there's no re-sale value.
