This is A movie named A excution game(處刑遊戱) which is last one of the yuugi(遊戱) Series. The First (A Extremely dangerous game, 最も危険な遊戯-It made Mr.matsuda as a Big action star), and The Second(A Killing game, 殺人遊戯) were hardboiled & comical action movies, this one was serious Action movie though.
