Russia ceased to be communist in 1991 so forget about the "glorious revolution" when you talk about Russia. Russia has given the world many things. Exploration of space, rapid advances in mathematics-physics, classical music, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, Synchronized swimming and many more things...

Anyway thanks to you I can sleep easier knowing that besides the death of 20 million people and the economic destruction of most of eastern Europe, Mother Russia also gave us some nice (not at all drugged) dancing girls in leotards. If you're talking about the people Stalin killed, it's a couple of millions, not 20.
Again, it's wrond to condemn Russia for Stalin's deeds, as it's wrong to condemn Germany for Hitler's deeds.

Hmmm. Are you really suggesting Stalin was only responsible for the deaths of 'a couple of million russians'? I think even the most fervent communist would accept it was at least 5-6 million. As for your second point that you can't blame a country for its leader's actions, well I disagree. A clear majority of Germans supported Hitler and they paid the price. Putin and his KGB cohorts are also backed by the majority of Russians. Who will pay the price this time is less clear.

Ha Ha!!! China refuses to recognize South Ossetia and Abkahzia as independent states. Even your so-called Chinese allies realize the ruse that Putin and Medvedev are trying to pull. Honestly, Russia could be the greatest nation on earth if they'd educate their citizenry, stop killing journalists who disagree with Putin, and allow the Orthodox church to evangelize. You guys are giving Russia a bad name - do something constructive for your country besides plotting for world domination.
