I don't know if he is uncomfortable with offense or if he is not motivated enough to play offense. I think his worth would increase if he would work on improving his offense. A 15 foot jumper and a couple of moves off the dribble (both facing or posting up)

He is an awesome NBA story. Coming from a family of 11 kids. played at Com college then moving onto D2. Not drafted. Then he becomes nba all star/Defensive player of the year/member of NBA championship team.
he accomplished a lot.

Yes he had alot of motivation with the pistons and good team chemistry with them. he seems more motivated in Cleveland even though he has played for the 2 teams I hate the most, I still have respect for the man because of what he did in Detroit.
