My best friend's cousin is having the same issues with his baby mother. He always treated her right but she likes starting drama. A few years ago she ended up getting into a big argument with him and she stabbed him. The doctor told him if it was an inch to the left he would have been dead. A polygraph measure pulse, galvanic skin response (sweating), breathing rate and blood volume. Those things tend to change when you are lying but they also change when you are nervous or excited. Basically, they haven't found a way to know what's going on inside your head so they can't really know whether you are lying or not. There are ways to "fool" the test.

False domestic violence charges happen routinely. I faced a similar situation with my then wife who filed false charges for purposes of getting a green card. I prevailed but I spent thousands of dollars defending myself. The laws are such that in many states a man can be tagged as an abuser with no actual violence being alleged. All the woman has to say is that she is in fear of him. Even lawyers advise clients to file false charges for advantage in divorce situations. This is sadly routine.

My aunt actually tried to kill my uncle in his sleep, lied and claimed they were arguing, he hit her which knocked her out, and then when she came to, she grabbed a gun and shot him in "self-defense." Luckily, due to ballistics, they were able to easily prove that my uncle was sleeping when she shot him and that she called their son about 20 minutes before calling 911. She also cut herself while she was in police custody and tried to blame him for it.

Sounds like a good show topic. Different ways that you can distinguish the difference between the women that go for the thugs, losers, bad boys, etc, from the women that doesn't.. There's A LOT of these chicken heads and hoodrats that are getting college degrees nowadays, but still continue having that ghetto type of mentality no matter how much education they receive. Great point in this vid. I had a chicken-head try to physically attack me at work. She is of African decent but refers to herself as Native American. I don't know what the difference is. I am black myself. I was lucky to have called the police first to remove her from the premises or file a restraining order against her for threatening to invite "hood niggas" to attack me at work.

Women lie their asses off all the time. Just watch Maury. Yet the court system often takes their lies as the gospel truth with little evidence. An innocent man with limited resources could easily end up with a civil restraining order on his record or even a criminal conviction. A man can be hit with a restraining order, thrown out of his house, lose custody of his kids, without even being given a court hearing first. And as was said, he then has to PROVE he is innocent for all practical purposes

False domestic violence charges happen routinely. I faced a similar situation with my then wife who filed false charges for purposes of getting a green card. I prevailed but I spent thousands of dollars defending myself. The laws are such that in many states a man can be tagged as an abuser with no actual violence being alleged. All the woman has to say is that she is in fear of him. Even lawyers advise clients to file false charges for advantage in divorce situations. This is sadly routine.

But unlike the gentleman you talked to at the barber shop I refused to accept the terms put down the district attorney. I secured private counsel and went to trial. I was found not guilty of domestic violence but i also have to share with you it was very expensive. But men need to know never settle or plea bargain on these charges. Its to important even if you take the classes

You may complete the classes etc. And twenty years later get into a confrontation with a person and if blows are exchanged and the Police get involved in some states that 20 yr old Domestic Violence charge will pop back up as a prior. I know exactly what you're talking about. My aunt actually tried to kill my uncle in his sleep, lied and claimed they were arguing, he hit her which knocked her out, and then when she came to, she grabbed a gun and shot him in "self-defense." Luckily, due to ballistics, they were able to easily prove that my uncle was sleeping when she shot him and that she called their son about 20 minutes before calling 911. She also cut herself while she was in police custody and tried to blame him for it.
