There's a bit of hypocrisy here saying Trinny and Susannah are stuck up cows. Whether they are or not, Top Gear basically lambasts people who make similarly unfashionable choices except with cars instead of clothes. A lot of this is just bias for people who'd rather talk about one over the other. Given that Top Gear is principally an entertainment show, rather than a lifestyle programme, they can be significantly meaner about it than the women.
