well i roast in a bread machine with a heat gun, and im strugleing with the location of m temp probe. right now it reads about 398 to 400 for first crack and 421 until second, and jets up to 437 durring second. i have it in the bean mass, but i think it may be to close to the outher wall and picking up on some heat from the bread makers element.

It is manufactured by US Roaster Corp in Oklahoma City, OK. They just call it a 1lb Sample roaster.
