  • I am a vegetarian (not to be confused with vegan)...meaning I also eat seafood, eggs, and milk-based products. Its the best move I ever made, and my body shows it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN CONSIDERING A HEALTHIER DIET LIKE THIS, JUST GIVE IT A TRY...YOU LL PROLLY STICK WITH IT!!! ;)

  • Wow she looks perfect ! I remember her from the eatly 90's. She's in great shape. Love her face ! I'm thinking about just eating vegs, fruits, raw nuts, whole grain foods...BUT also wild honey, nonfat yogurt & fish.

  • there you go! great reply. Also, there are great soy-based burgers out there that almost taste like the real thing - just w/o the drugs and abuse. Though, I'd suggest staying away from fish, just for a while right now. Overfishing is currently a HUGE problem. Many common species, like the tuna fish, are currently critically endangered.

    If u get fish in a restaurant make sure to ask what it is, where it was caught, & how it was caught. If they don't know or don't want to tell you - then leave.

  • you eat fish and therefore you are not a vegetarian. You are a pescatarian. A vegetarian does not eat the flesh of any animal- this includes seafood. However vegetarians do eat eggs and dairy, as well as honey and goats milk.

  • Well, many people have varied views as to what a vegetarian actually eats and not eats. Some only not eat land animal meat, and eat everything else. Some don't eat everything excluding just cheese. It's a varied situation.
