It takes a skilled driver to properly launch an Evo X, otherwise the car will bog down. Not only that, but you can't really expect these two cars to be comparable because they're not in the same class. The stock single-turbo Evo X produces only 291 HP (287 HP - realistically) and the stock twin-turbo Porsche 997 produces 500 HP. Obviously, the car with the more powerful engine will launch faster, even if the Evo X driver had a perfect launch.

@vortech48 We're not comparing who has more money, we're comparing the cars. If you spent the same amount on both cars, there would be a lot of extra money to tune the Evo, then it would own. Whereas the Porsche cost so much in first place that there isn't enough money to tune it much more.
