@aro327 It honestly doesn't take much to tear an ACL. One wrong step or a slip can tear it. I witnessed a WNBA player tear one just holding back a teammate. One second she was fine. the next she was on the ground in pain. When this player made the sudden turn to go back, it was obviously awkward and jumpy, and it tore.
wow shes beautiful, and so was this moment, this is what sportsmanship is all about, this is what respect amongst athletes truly is, and this is something you would never see in MLB, unfortunately most pro athletes out there are sell outs, so its heart warming to see moments like these still exist, and have NOTHING to do with the fact this its in the U.S -_-
college > professional. No way this would have happened in MLB. I don't think that's sad necessarily, just lets you appreciate how great collegiate athletics are.
Barrack Obama, watch this. This is what AMERICANS do for each other. The Central Washingtons players weren't forced to. We don't need the government to tell us we have to.
And for that reason, you should never be allowed to coach anything for the rest of your sad life. You miss the entire point of competition, sportsmanship and what being a true winner is all about.
wow that's cool. Except that I'm a competitive ski racer and I tore my ACL, got surgery and now its back 100 %... and i tore mine all the way. So why'd they say her career was over?

hate to be "that guy" but pretty sure if it was a guy he would have been told to walk it off or be carried off the field, still a nice moment

If i was the coach of that team, I would have told them "If you carry her around the bases, turn your uniform in, this is for the league title."

@Morty880 you sound like a real stand up guy. She legitimately hit the home run. It's not like they let her get the hit.

@Morty880 your a class A sell out, a cheap ass victory that means nothing because either way the home run hit happened on your pitcher, so stfu
