IMHO between Schera and Agate (to become first permanent in chapter 1) IMHO Agate's more useful due to his remove 75% of his HP but gain 150 CP move when used.
Hence its easier to Shining Pom farm with Agate and he still gets the better S Crafts to use damage wise.
So I used Agate for this boss battle and still beat it easily just don't target the enemies that aren't the main boss unless Klose can decrease the main boss's Str/Defense (25% CP.)
