Janick Gers is not that bad and he is certainly NOT a weight in Iron Maiden... He has offered a lot since the day he joined, especially in the composing area (The Talisman, The pilgrim, Dream of mirrors, The Legacy, Dance of death and others...)... The fact that he comes third after Smith and Murray doesn't say that he is a bad guitarist...

@TonyMutu He actually might be better than Dave or Adrian. If you watch him play Lord of the Flies live with Bruce on the Death On the Road tour, he can play that with his eyes closed. And Also Janick isnt playing this. Hes in Iron Maiden at this time. The guitarists now that are playing is Roy-Z and Adrian Smith.

Er, he left them to die because it is climber protocol [Really. Many activities have similiar causes of "If you might die saving people, don't."], not due to wickedness. If you pay attention, the entire event really messed with him, too, denoting he was not a sociopath.

Also, Bruce is also an occultist. I am not sure if he is a Thelemite, however "Man of Sorrows," is about Crowley.
