@elishacheryl does she look like she has a lot of mass on her arms? it's not a simple matter of muscles, but a hell lot of effort that have been put into training. It's not a question of whether or not someone wish to do it, but if he/she wish to train it, and that's not a piece of cake I'm afraid. Anyway, back to training :)....
@Tullaris666 Er no not mass, im just saying they look toned and strong. Like stronger than mine, cause mine are like twigs. BUt ya, i know, all i have to do is train, and eventually i will be able to do it.
@ShaolinRyan Yes i can see you have to have pretty good balance and stuff like that, but you cant do it without having atleast good muscle strength, i could be a good balancer and what u said, good control from the core, but i could easily not be strong enough to hold myself up like she is. Just saying. So anyways, yeah~!
@elishacheryl i know but i have alot of strength but i dont not have much balance so it is difficult for me to properly preform this exercise and i got people who take yoga classes with me and that cant bo a songle push up but she can lift her self off the ground like this woman in the video i think it is where you place your hands as well so i just thought to share my oppinion :) do you take yoga?
@ShaolinRyan Ohh ok i see what u mean. I guess we need both to do it eh? Lol. Yes i LOVE to do yoga, but ive never taken a class beofre, just on Wii fit. :)
@elishacheryl The crow pose is more strength then balance. Triceps and shoulder strength people! Thats key for this pose. Those who box, can do this on their first few tries.I started boxing before yoga and this was not hard for me. A friend of mine who is also my sparring partner is able to perform this (obviously since he doesn't perform yoga on a daily basis like myself had a bit of a hard time with the balance, but definitely held the pose for 2-4 sec first time. Overall though nicely done!
Kathryn, I find myself holding my breath when I attempt arm balancing poses and wanted to know if you tend to do the same during any of this sequence? Thanks!

@elishacheryl strength has not much to do with it, it is balance and control from the core
