The Dream 6 Rain track is on the Dream Six album. There is a version of Rain on Concrete Blonde's Mexican Moon but yeah it's a different version than the one in Party Animal... You can order the Dream 6 album online. Amazon used to have copies of it and there are other places of course.

fntastic loved the film the party animal,the soundtracks fantastic,love this tune memories of around 1985/86 teenage years great days the music at the time was five star,genesis,tv spitting image,selina scott,breakfast tv,world up maradona hand of god icould go on,thanks for putting this clip on love it

this soundtrack unfortunately does not exist. many of the tracks cab be found on the band's albums. some of the songs, like the convertibles, i have never found.
