I've always been curious about this method, but I'm not sure this video resolves the many questions about the bank's involvement. Did you first pay the $10,000 downpayment and then get it back at closing? Is this method sucking the equity out of the home? I guess I'll have to watch again.

get him to take the 10,000 dollars all payable and due in 12 months any note due within 12 months can act like cash even with some banks
