"The US has a million foundations and half were setup in the last 12 years" This leads to one question, What business opportunities are there for the rich to invest in organizations that pose to do good for society? Corporations invest to get tax breaks. Why would anyone with wealth donate to such foundation out of the goodness of their hearts without some monetary motive as the driving force. Sorry Bill I don't buy all this philanthropically work you have been doing!
