I love it, though I think it could stand on its own without all the Mega Man 2 homages. Odd that Mega Man and Rockman are different (Rockman's design actually looks better). And Bad Box Art Mega Man is an unworthy name for such a legend. I was thinking of something more along the lines of 'Hank'.

I think it's a shame it is cancelled because I think they were going in the right direction with some of the things I've seen from these videos. I liked the fact that they were using some of the history of mega man (the box art guy and the more cartoonish version that became popular on the NES cartidges) and the customizable levels and characters looked fun.I'd take a mega man game with these things, some multiplayer+online any day over the entire X series. Just needed a bit more artistic depth.

Actually, the creator of Megaman (the guy in the vid) left Capcom, and they couldn't continue with the game. That's why Universe was cancelled, Legends 3 was delayed, and why (in my opinion) Megaman 11 would be very unlikely in the near future.

@FlashAttackReviews Bad Box Art Man is obviously made for comedic purposes. Have you ever seen the original North American box art for Megaman 1? The guy on the cover looks nothing like Megaman. He is wearing a blue and gold suit and holding a pistol, as opposed to having a megabuster for an arm. It is ridiculous, and like a 4th grader drew it with a crayon. They're simply making fun of that version. MM2 was almost as silly looking. MM3 was the first cover to actually portray the real Megaman.

If you look closely, Rockman and Megaman have slight differences in their appearance. Rockman depicts the classic appearance of the character enhanced for the 2.5D environment. Megaman is just a little bit different in appreance, newly designed specifically for this game. In conclusion, It's all the same shit lol
