Vitamin B6 and folic acid (folate) are not abundantly available in a vegetarian diet?
Can someone prove this statement?
A small salad can get you more than enough folate for the day and three bananas will meet your B6 RDA. What exactly are these b6 and folate deficient vegetarians eating?
Dr. Schandl, are you polish?
