what gives? can anybody explain why solar companies here in so+cal are hurting. i am fully certified and trained to do solar and still can't find a job.
@InstituteofPhysics hate to say this but why did you put nuclear power in with fossil fuels? some estimates I've seen say nuclear produces less CO2 per kwh than wind and solar.
Currently all energy sources have some associated CO2 emissions or do all those planes sending solar scientists to Hawaii run on hydrogen produced with solar cells?

If a huge company and the state, talking about 'sustainable development ', that such initiatives should be a part of such programs.
