  • @processedbeef I met Hawk when he was 19. Rodney Mullen actually introduced me to him. Even though I knew Rodney and other people were around him like Stacy Peralta, Hawk was still rude as hell to me. I'll never forget how dismissive and negative he was.

  • they need to bring back cars as obstacles in street skating comps!!! ;D

Legends here...these names remain eternal...street skaters from the 90's all did the same boring tech shit and have mostly been forgotten..

  • MUST HAVE SONG!!!

    what is it?

    better than toodays shit

  • Battalion Of Saints "my minds diseased"

I dont know what gets me more pumped, the song or the video.

  • thanks man

    appreciate it!

  • @skatefoever music is "batallion of saints" song is ""my minds disease"...theres a band from the 80's called "wrecking crew" they covered this song and its SICK ...check it out

  • Cool footage. Brings back good memories. I'm from Sacto. Tommy won because he did stuff that no one was doing. But Cab was so smooth he really was my favorite.

  • I was at this, Sacramento Raceway. The vert contest was the next day.

  • nah this was in the parking lot of the old tower records on watt ave

  • I apologize but the first Sacto street contest was at Tower in 84'. This one was at Sacto Raceway, there weren't any trees in the Tower parking lot.

  • Sorry I thought this was from the Future Primitive video. I forgot all about Sacto 2 since I wasn't there. The Blockhead ones in Roseville were really cool too!

  • No problem. r u from Sac?

  • Fair Oaks

  • Do you remember Daffodil ramp?

  • I remember it, but didn't skate there. I was skating some ramps in Rollingwood at that time, as well as the Trajan pool.

  • I remember Trajan Pool. We skated that thing alot. I was a Daffodil local. Remember Tilt Pool?

  • Thank you so much for this amazing beast

  • Wow, I remember this. Battalion of Saints too! I used to own Streetstyle in Tempe. Another good one.

  • dude, these guys were ollying cars (rather than squirrels) before your dad was born, with boards so heavy you'd hardly lift them with your right arm.
