Yeah Ruggles didn't look good from the beach. The direction of the swell and wind were not right at all. Tuck and second were better.

i just walked there today. it was looking pretty good but eastons was better

I don't know the best way there in the summer time. I think you need a resident sticker to park anyway near there.  Otherwise your car gets towed.

well if its not Eastons then you can either go east which is 2nd beach or west which is Ruggles. so which one is it?
