What I see unfortunate, is that since women do no initially sexually desire men as much asd vice versa, it's always the man who has to do all the work to make her like him back. If all men made a pact to never approach women in that way, women would be nothing more than slightly frustrated at first, but then simply shrug it off, and be happy without sex with men or resort to lesbiansm while saying "oh well, it's his loss", hence, men need women more than vice versa, men have to do all the work..
