These dogs are certainly Waterdogs enjoying a swim. They are Spanish Waterdogs however, perros d`agua Espanhol. Portuguese Waterdogs are larger, generally, less stocky and tails are undocked.
Aha. You are the first one to have mentioned this. I am not an expert and assumed that since we were near Portugal, that was what we had. (Identified by a friend who had seen them on TV in connection with the Obama story.) I will leave the current title intact, since they are probably near enough for anyone interested in PWDs. I had no idea WHAT they were when I shot the video. they are a great advert for themselves.
