  • I had the (mis)fortune of staying at Mount Airy Lodge in the winter of 1987. First, me and my family had to wait in LONG lines (which only someone from the then-USSR could possibly endure) to check in. At check-in, we had to wait in one long line in order to wait in one of at least FOUR separate long lines! After that ordeal, we finally were treated to a hotel that was definitely not renovated since the 1960's!

    BTW, the skating rink shown at 0:09 was smaller than a tennis court!
