@sarahnfamily We have a Sony HandyCam HD cx-100. It was about 600 bucks when we got it, but I think it's down to like $530 now. They have other versions of HandyCams for way cheaper though! Just not HD, which you don't really need anyways!

Totally off subject from this video. But as you travel a lot with Tripp I wanted to ask. What did you do to make it an easy transition for your him to sleep in a different place? Or has it just been easy since you traveled with him at an early age? My son is 2 1/2 and has NEVER slept anywhere but at home. However my husband and I would like to go camping or something this summer. So any suggestions you have is greatly appreciated. :) Yeah for 17wks!!
@maddie0106 Well, he's just always been a pretty easy baby and really laid back. And since we've traveled with him since he was little, he's kind of used to sleeping in his pack n play. What helped was having his favorite stuffed animal and binky. But I know your son probably doesn't still use a binky! Does he have a specific blanket he sleeps with or something?

@wtmfitsjamie It's usually 2 or 3 days after you have the test done. If they haven't called you by now, you're fine! I can't believe we found out the gender so early! I was only 15 weeks! Crazy!

With Ella I kept measuring 2 weeks ahead and they wouldn't change my due date till it was 3 weeks off. Never happened though. I had her March 31st 2009 I was due April 6th.

Yay for week17! I love your outfit in this vid! Hope you guys have fun on your trip and laytons birthday and good luck with the move. We actually just moved last weekend! Do you plan on having a baby shower in the future? Or doing a registry? What video editing program do you use?

Hey Lora, when you said that your uterus is measuring 18ish weeks what does that mean? Does it mean that is how big your uterus actually is and indicates the size of Jelly Bean?

Great to hear that everything sounds good. I hope your plans for moving are going well and that you get lots of help moving and unpacking! We just moved so I know what a huge task that is ecpecially with a one year old!!

Totally off subject from this video. But as you travel a lot with Tripp I wanted to ask. What did you do to make it an easy transition for your him to sleep in a different place? Or has it just been easy since you traveled with him at an early age? My son is 2 1/2 and has NEVER slept anywhere but at home. However my husband and I would like to go camping or something this summer. So any suggestions you have is greatly appreciated. :) Yeah for 17wks!!

@maddie0106 Well, he's just always been a pretty easy baby and really laid back. And since we've traveled with him since he was little, he's kind of used to sleeping in his pack n play. What helped was having his favorite stuffed animal and binky. But I know your son probably doesn't still use a binky! Does he have a specific blanket he sleeps with or something?

layton has the same birthday my grandad did! lots of good people born that day., haha. he passed away last may so this is the first birthday he isn't here for, but he would have been 90-have an extra piece of cake for him! :)

Haha, our doppler experiences are always like that! She's proud to show off I guess. I know what you mean about wanting to say the name. I had to make my last update three times because I kept saying her name! Glad everything is going well.

I'll be 25 in September!! 25!! That's so freaking old to me! My mom had all of us 4 kids before she turned 25. That's just depressing. Anyway!! Can't wait to see your baby boy! I find out what mine is SOON!! I can't wait! :) I want a boy just as much as a girl so it doesn't matter.

They did a pap while you were pregnant? My doctor refused to do one while I was pregnant. I was so over due by the time he was born.

Glad things are going well for you! We had our ultrasound things went well. And I brought a friend so my hubby was able to watch and she was able to sneak a lot of video footage :) I posted a short 1 min video about it if you want to check it out :) We did get to find out our baby's sex :) Fun fun~ take care hun

I haven't found out the sex of mine yet, get to do so on the 29th so I'm excited. I'm jealous you got to find out at 16 weeks! LOL.
I have a quick question though, do you know how long it takes for them to call you back if something's wrong for the screen test? It's been a week for me but I'm still nervous they might call before my next visit. =/

@wtmfitsjamie It's usually 2 or 3 days after you have the test done. If they haven't called you by now, you're fine! I can't believe we found out the gender so early! I was only 15 weeks! Crazy!
