It's a drill to help improve the landing of the aerial skill, by straighting the fornt leg to help the hip axis balance and improve speed and confidence of the gymnast.

@firecrakaz Its called a side aerial is basicly a no handed cartwheel, but these are front aerials and they are front walkvers without hands, think before you speak please?

@firecrakaz but there r 2 types of ariels the ariel tht is a cartwheel with no hands is a side ariel. the front ariel is like a front walkover with like no hands

A front aerial is a front handspring with not hands, basically.

Front aerials look so cool but i dont want to break my neck
