  • Awesome tutorial on how to cook it indirect and for how long,we did it last weekend but the only difference was we marinated it in soy and teryiaki sauce overnight, it was excellent, now when I look at our Weber grill I will always see a bouey.

  • Those grills rule! I use mine allllll the time! I usually slow cook my tri tip for 3 hours smoked with hickory or mesquite. Man let me tell ya.....juicy and flavorful!

  • I was always told to cook tri tip to 120f. One time I cooked it to 130f and it was great!

  • Italian dressing for marinade. Some prefer a Garlic or BBQ rub, it's up to you
