Nice but sounds alot like an Eric Johnson/Satriani/Timmons kind of thing. There are technicians everywhere. Playing to a generic backing track and sitting at a workstation is not my idea of being etertained. Is the hair on the back of your neck standing up?? Mine isn't either. I certainly admire his abilities, but there are guys hanging out at Guitar center that are just as good. Presentation is everything, ask Susan Boyle. Talent and entertainment value are two different things.

@TheRuobi What's there to hate? The neck never warps, the trem can bend full chords, and you don't have to wind a string through a tuner. I personally don't like the small body steinbergers, but the m series like he has are great guitars.

Sometimes you got to squeeze notes a lot more, you can put the speed in occasionally but blues is almost pure melody. This is very close to Satriani/Vai type "surfing" songs with all the accidentals. Its too much for the Clapton guys.

Not sure if that is the right arrangement for a blues song. Don't get me wrong it sounds awesome but it sounds too metal. In a blues song there should be some breathing room everything is kind of merged together. For example listen to Albert Collins and the way his solos hit and back off, there should be some emotion in the solo.
