After what you people said against my comments, i again listened both Richard Marx and Keith Urban carefully. I suggest you people to listen it again and you will find the difference, its not the voice quality which matters, Richard,s version is very deep and it touches your heart. It has something which cannot be expressed judiciously
I love both versions. You can't knock Keith Urban's version unless you dislike Keith Urban. You can't knock this version unless you dislike Richard Marx. They are different versions as expected because they are different singers. Keith Urban's is a great version as is this one by Richard Marx.
Richard Marx and Keith Urban co wrote Everybody. They both perform the song differently. Keith Urban peformed the song consistantly with his style of music, and so too did Richard. I have great respect for both these guys in the industry. To say that Keith Urban's version is emotionless is far from accuarate. Check out Keith's live performance of Everybody from Invitation Only.
I don't agree with you. Although I've been a fan of Richard for over 20 years, I think both versions are great. Richard and Keith have totally different voices, and I think they both kick ass !!

Found this one again. Richard Marx wrote it for Keith Urban and his emotional version is better than Keith's emotionless track

@harriss100 you said it! I checked out Urban's just to hear, and i quit out after like 30 seconds. Richard Marx is the best!
