people, what he didnt tell you is that the voodoo is made out of carbon fiber and you can get it in any color you want. plus is has a light sensor that turns the keyboard on and off depending on the lighting of the area you are in. it also has multitouch and a sensor that disables your touch pad when your hands aren't near it to save power.

dell sucks mega cock. my 07 latitude i barely used (mint condition) wont even turn on most of the time due to a ram slot problem. you move it around a slight bit and it works until you move it slightly and freeze. dell says...its not our problem fuck that. thats a manafacturer defect if i ever heard of one. tons of the same cases as well state the same problem. apple replaced my ipod 4 years out of warranty. apple is great. so is hp. close call here. both overpriced.

haha I'm more of a Windows fan. Mac is alright, but you get a sense of limitations when it comes down to programs/softwares and just all-around usage. Don't get me wrong, I've used both, but I'd prefer the Voodoo Envy 133. (Plus, I got Adobe Photoshop CS4 & Microsoft Enterprise 2007 for Windows, I wouldn't spend more money finding Mac programs for it.)

I find it bad to be a fan of any company. I have a (custom built) gaming PC desktop because it makes more sense than a mac mini, an iMac, or a Mac pro in terms of price, processing power, and hardware options. I also have a gateway laptop running W7, Ubuntu (my fav), and hackintosh. However, due to the epic battery life in the macbook pro 17, I will probably end up buying that sometime soon.

First off, you dont mention the fact that there is an instant on linux os on the envy, pretty fuckin big thing to leave out!! 2 you dont know the ports on the air? is it that hard to look it up before the taping? 3 specs? what are the tech specs of the computers? can i upgrade the ram on the envy? hard drive space? cost? optical drive add ons?

I'd like to think that even if I had the money I would be more practical but really they are very tempting. I suppose I could justify the purchase if I had to travel with the computer for work but right now that just isn't the case. Oh yeah that and I don't have two thousand dollars. Actually for that kind of money you could buy nice desktop, workhorse laptop, netbook, and maybe even a small TV.

Its too early to see for Voodoo to be advertising they're products. They only have one actual product for sale and that's the Envy you see here. Their other is the Omen, which on their website says "sale through invitation only". Again, it's too early but they're definitely worth keeping an eye on since HP acquired them. For all we know these Voodoo guys can replace Alienware. But back to topic, I did find it rather odd he didn't mention the instant-on Linux OS.

no matter what ur preference or need is linux will always be the best deal for your money, and it just isnt slimmer, it is slimmer in front 9and apple got that idia from dell, its the same on my inspiron 1525 and most new xps and inspiron series, and dont say that osx is better caus its all about wat u plan on doing. oh, and no mac is badass, they are all just too delicate looking for my taste, aspecially this one and i had a dell dimension so dont talk to me about badass.
