  • Chinese guys having stronger stomach and punch? Well that depends on the BODY SIZE , HEIGHT AND WEIGHT.

    Similar to all human beings.

    The weight , height and body size all plays a part in how the kinetic and bodily mechanics affect the power and result of the hits.

    I had 3 Mainland Chinese guys hit me ( was mugged in Beijing ) and i was like - come on , i had amateur and beginner boxers hit me harder.

    So lets not judge base on race or skin color. Try fighting a Thai-Muay Thai Fighter.

  • Size dosent really effect your power unless you mean untrained people. Im sure the people that mugged you wernt trained in anything... Bruce Lee could side kick a punching bag and make it swing up and hit the ceiling... Bruce Lee was a very small person, dont tell me if your born huge you can do that... Thats the point of most asian martial arts, small people can hit VERY hard using correct technique, train in the same technique alot and you can seriously hurt somebody no matter your size.

    I dont know what kind of training you did, you mean like pulled muscles? Like kicking and pulled a muscle or lifting weights or what? I know if its sore you should do excersises that heal it, like VERY light stretching, not work it harder... If your weight lifting, work different muscles and you shouldent lift everyday anyway, every other day is better.Pulled muscles, it will take maby 3 days or so, but if you heal it correctly with light stretching,it will be stronger then before =)

  • your body needs rest too. ur muscles needs to repair themselves from the damage youve caused. when you work out, you tear ur muscles up only at a microscopic level. (remember no pain no gain? the pain if the tearing)

    so when you sore, try to lighten up and the training/workout and pick it back up a couple of days later.

  • this bag will be the centre of your kicking and punching power, speed and conditioning all in one and it's really worth having one! it costs roughly £60 for the materials needed to make it! it might be more expensive than just buying a bag but it's worth it and i would recomend all official schools with their own gym to invest in one! it takes only the time to buy the goods to make it plus 25mins to complete it until it's ready for use!

  • i cannot give away my secret of how this bag is made, but if you want one made then just let me know! i will only charge you the cost of my travel and the cost of the things to make the bag plus a very small fee for making it! it will turn out more expensive than buying a conventional bag, but it's worth it!
