Especially the part at the start brought a tear to my eye, how you've left that soldier for your spies. Many players just go in guns blazing, alerting the victim, spoiling the backstab and getting the poor spook squished like a bug. Especially painful when using YER and you *need* that first stab, or kunai where you're as good as dead when someone throws you a mean look.

YOU ARE CREDIT TO CLASS! As a Pyro mainer, I hate W+M1 Pyros- they make everyone assume the Pyro is a cheap noob class.

I personally think that the Pyro is one of, if not THE, most important class. you can split a Medic from his Heavy, break an Uber, bounce back projectiles, blow away explosives, spy check, blow enemies off of control points as well as knock them off high edges, take out snipers from behind, and with the flare gun you can ignite from afar...the list goes on.

Sometimes trying to be a nice Pyro can backfire. I decided to be a pure defence Pyro during a game on a GTFO server and was very useful right up until the point a friendly sentry I was protecting killed me and cost it's engy a 50 point TK fine. TBH i wasn't aware this was possible up until then and I was working so hard to protect his nest from demos and spies as well. :(

I kinda hate it when the other team has good Pyros when I play Medic, since it means that my ubercharge is usually wasted, but whenever there's one on my team I make sure to thank them for putting out fires, containing ubers, reflecting projectiles, and so forth.
